With a BD career spanning more than 20 years at AmLaw 100 firms including Katten, Proskauer, Ropes & Gray, and Fenwick, Marguerita has coached hundreds of partners, built BD programs from the ground up, and led lateral individual and group integrations. She is a certified BD coach through the Legal Sales & Service Organization and holds a J.D. from Rutgers Law and a B.A. from Yale.
