Creating and managing an event involves a number of different processes and sub-projects, from pre-planning to live event management to post-event follow-up. In the legal world, organizations rely on events for a number of purposes, from networking to expanding thought leadership to business development and expanding client relationships.

The information required to manage an event end-to-end often requires inputs from across the firm, from client invitation lists and budgeting inputs, to post-event follow-ups and return-on-investment data. The purpose of this template is to help Marketing teams mange the process by organizing the project and collaborating with admins and attorneys, to centralize and activate all parties and efforts needed to organize and plan for an event.
