Hannele Korhonen is a Business Design & Innovation Coach and PhD researcher exploring how intuition can spark radical innovation in law and design. She’s the founder of Lawyers Design School, a global learning-first legal design platform that helps legal professionals reimagine their work through legal design thinking.

A former corporate lawyer, she has founded her own law firm and co-founded a legal tech startup. Today, she coaches purpose-driven entrepreneurs and legal creatives to design scalable, soul-aligned businesses using design thinking, the same method trusted by the world’s most innovative companies.
