Abisola is a dynamic business development professional with over a decade of extensive experience in the legal and business sectors. Her career journey reflects a profound ability to lead teams, devise innovative strategies, and significantly impact businesses across various industries, including
Health and Pharmaceuticals, Real Estate, Technology, and mainstream Legal sectors.

Currently, Abisola serves as the Head of Business Development, Marketing & Client Services at Jackson,
Etti & Edu, a Pan-African Full-Service Law firm headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, with associate offices
in Accra, Ghana; Yaoundé, Cameroon; and Harare, Zimbabwe. In this role, she leads a dedicated team of
business development, marketing & client services professionals, driving the firm’s international marketing efforts and business development opportunities.

Abisola’s areas of expertise encompass Business Development & Marketing, Client Relationship
Management, Project Management & New Technology Adoption. Her comprehensive skill set allows her to provide invaluable support to the firm’s Practice Groups and Sector Teams, working closely with Co-Managing Partners and Heads of Practice Groups to shape and implement the firm’s strategic objectives.

Before joining Jackson, Etti & Edu, Abisola held the position of Senior Associate at Global Legal
Consults, where she led a team in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation cases. Her tenure at the firm was marked by a high success rate in court proceedings and mediations, coupled with her pioneering efforts in establishing the firm’s first business development focused team. Abisola’s career also includes a significant role at WaterHealth International as Business Development Manager where she played a pivotal role in securing relationships that won large ticket transactions for the company.

With a proven track record of driving business growth, fostering client relationships, and executing successful strategies, Abisola stands out as a leader and innovator in her field, continually making significant contributions to the legal and business communities
