A Boston University School of Law graduate, he began his career at the Federal Trade Commission's Bureau of Competition before moving into private practice at Davis Wright Tremaine, where he focused on tech, media, and healthcare antitrust. He is the founder of Tech Law Decoded, a publication tracking developments in tech law and regulation, and hosts the Version Up podcast, which explores how lawyers can leverage technology to transform their practice.
