In this episode of This Legal Life, host Ben Chiriboga sits down with Drew Amoroso — lawyer, entrepreneur, and founder of DueCourse — to talk about creating a better workday for lawyers. Drew shares his journey from Big Law associate to coaching thousands of lawyers through mindset, routines, and professional identity shifts.
Along the way, he unpacks what’s broken about traditional legal culture, how coaching at scale is changing the game, and why intentionality might be the most important legal skill of the future. From launching a solo fitness law firm to building the industry’s first AI coach, Drew’s story is a masterclass in purpose-driven innovation.
