This audit demonstrates and reaffirms Nexl’s commitment to maintaining all aspects of security. After an extensive review of Nexl’s controls, practices, processes, documents, and policies and more by a professional third-party auditor, Nexl met all the necessary requirements set by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) to achieve this certification.
As law firms increasingly look to cloud providers and vendors to store their data securely, there is more need for external verification of the security controls that cloud providers and vendors put into place. Nexl has always put security at the forefront of our software, and this report highlights the company’s ongoing commitment to securing the data of the law firms Nexl partners with.
The SOC2 audit, was conducted by Prescient Assurance, a leader in security and compliance attestation for B2B SaaS companies worldwide. Prescient Assurance has a history of working with LegalTech companies and is a licensed Certified Public Accounting firm.
