We’re excited to announce that we have raised US $23 million in Series B funding led by Tidemark Capital, the growth equity firm founded by Dave Yuan.

With this funding, we’re accelerating the development of our AI-powered growth platform for law firms, designed to unite lawyers, marketing and business development teams into a single, firm-wide growth engine. We’ll be using the funding to bring in new leadership capability into our team and to expand our Product, Engineering, Sales and Business Operations functions.

“Series B is fuel for the next chapter. We’re doubling down on a product our clients love and the people who build it.”
– Nexl’s CEO, Phil Thurner.

Our culture and mission

We’ve become the home for the best talent in LegalTech and we’re proud to have people from top tier law firms, global professional services firms and fast growing technology companies working at Nexl. We’ve built a culture of LegalTech professionals who are deeply passionate about our mission, while maintaining a remote-first DNA and culture.

The Nexler Way is our culture compass – heading into our next phase of growth, we’re intentional about the culture we’re building as we scale. The Nexler Way ensures we are guided by and aligned to a set of values and operating principles that we believe give us the best chance of executing our mission as one team. “We’re a high-performance team and our Series B fundraise reflects the ambition of everyone at Nexl and our belief in the mission to elevate the business of law.” Nexl’s VP of Strategy & Operations, Albert Patajo. “The people who thrive at Nexl are builders and operators who have scaled before and take an ownership and execution mentality”.

“We’re always on the look out for top talent to join our mission, particularly talent who loves pace and ownership”, Maddie Maggiore, People & Culture Manager at Nexl, “If you’re looking for career defining impact in your next role, then we would love to speak to you”.

Join our next stage of growth

Our total funding to date now sits at over USD $35M and alongside Tidemark Capital, we have a strong investor base with deep experience in SaaS including EVP and Shearwater Capital. We’re hiring across Product, Engineering, Sales and Business Operations.
